After the first 6 months on-site service: Customer must bring the devices/products to ANANA Service Center for warranty service; unless otherwise written agreement separately.

        Limited Warranty Statement:

  1. Products and warranty period not mentioned in the above table are warranted based on individual offer/quotation/invoice mutually agreed by ANANA and Customer.
  1. Warranty covers only those defects arising as a result of normal use andmanufacturer's defects. Any decision/resolution made by ANANA related to warranty matter which is not mentioned in the policy shall be final.
  1. Warranty does not cover any other problems as a result of (i) misuse or subjected to be used for which products were not designed for (ii) improper or unauthorized maintenance or modification (iii) ANANA warranty seal has been missed out, removed or broken by unauthorized person (iv) physical damage caused by hit or drop (v) suffered from electrical fluctuation resulting in burning or explosion, insect or water leak (vi) other consequences from natural disaster or Act of God.
  1. New Product Replacement: if found malfunction in normal use rather than problems occurred in Clause c, within 1 week from purchase date with proof of ANANA receipt, the returned productwith complete accessories and packaging displayed in good condition shall be replaced with a new one - except consumables such as projector lamp, printer ink/toner cartridge. 
  1. Warranty escalation:(i) after identifying part problems in products during applicable warranty period, ANANA shall at its option, either repair or replace with new, like-new, or remanufactured parts that are functionally equivalent (ii) No parts for replacement in stock, warranty shall be pending until the part arrived within reasonable time based on shipment schedule (iii) if warranted part is unable to repair or replace due to End of Life (EoL), Customer shall trade-in the product with ANANA. In this case, ANANA will define the trade-in value and offer the new product either lower or higher models depending on stock availability. ANANA and Customer will work out the price differences based on mutual agreement.
  1. For repair service to those out-of-warranty products, if confirmed unable to repair from ANANA technician or if able to repair but Customer remains undecided on repair charge and those products are not collected back by Customer in 6 months from the notification date, it is understood and agreed that Customer abandon ownership right to those products and ANANA is entitled to dispose those products without any obligation to Customer. 
  1. All products purchased from ANANA are governed by this warranty policy and/or applicable Cambodian Law and published on ANANA website. By signing an ANANA Quotation and/or submitting a purchase order to ANANA, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to be bound by this warranty policy and/or other agreed written sales terms.
  1. Limitation of Liability: the remedies provided in this Warranty Statement are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY CAMBODIAN LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATION SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANANA, ITS AGENT OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF CUSTOMER'S DATA OR SOFTWARE,WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT,TORT,OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER  ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
